We've converted our irresistable cookie dough for our popular, chunky NYC cookies to being completely SAFE TO EAT as is, without baking, with no health side effects (besides a sugar rush, and powerful cravings to come back for more).
Dice it up and throw it on top of your favourite ice-cream (along with some broken up NYC cookie chunks *drool*), top up some brownies with it, or simply take a bite right from the log - whichever way you choose to enjoy it, the soft, chewy, sweet and salty sensation that hits your tastebuds will leave you ascending to an all high flavour heaven.

Can I pay with "Cash On Delivery"?
We offer this for certain bulk or wholesale orders which are within our delivery radius - to find out if you're able to pay with "Cash on Delivery" for your order, please contact us.
For standard individual orders, however, payment is required online as we use third party entities to deliver them.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Do you have any Gluten Free or Vegan options?
At the moment, no, we do not provide gluten free or vegan options.
Our products are made in an environment which contains nuts, there are no safe guards in place to strictly protect against cross contamination in regards to nuts. Our products also contain nuts. Please refrain from consuming our products if you have nut allergies.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship orders on Monday - Fridays. Orders placed after 12pm will get shipped the next shipping day.

Can I request a specific shipping date and time?
How long will it take to ship my order?
We send our packages using Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive a tracking confirmation which you can use on the their tracking websites. Deliveries usually take between 1-8 business days* after it has left us (depending on which shipping method you have chosen). In some cases, more time is needed for deliveries to be made.
*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
For Western Australia and regional areas, delivery times may take longer.
We cannot provide any more tracking information than that provided by your tracking number.
If the recipient is not home, and the delivery driver can’t get hold of you with the number provided, then a re-delivery fee may occur.
Do you Deliver to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these locations having multiple entrances and thousands of people coming and going, there is a high chance of items getting lost once delivered so we do not accept orders to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations.
If you do order to one of these locations, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost once delivered.
Can I place multiple addresses in one order?
Each order can only be delivered/shipped to one address. For multiple addresses/recipients, you will need to make multiple orders.
