Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food. An exception to this will only be applied in the highly unlikely event that the product arrives to you at the first attempted delivery with mold.

No refunds are applicable in the event that you did not receive your product due to wrong shipping address input, or you were not available to accept the delivery with no safe place to leave the item.

No refunds are applicable in the event that your order has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier, you failed to collect it, and it gets returned to us. The order will be disposed of.

 

Please ensure you are home to collect your parcel once you receive our shipping notification.
