REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on food.
An exception to this will only be applied in the highly unlikely event that the product arrives to you at the first attempted delivery with mold. Refund claims must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Should your order qualify for a refund, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
No refunds are applicable in the event that you did not receive your product due to wrong shipping address input, or you were not available to accept the delivery with no safe place to leave the item. Please ensure you are home to collect your parcel once you receive our shipping notification.
No refunds are applicable in the event that your order has had multiple attempted deliveries from the courier, you failed to collect it, and it gets returned to us. The order will be disposed of.
No refunds are applicable in the event that your products arrive melted, broken or unsealed. Crumb Face ensures all products are sent in perfect, sealed condition, and is not liable for damages caused by courier companies or any other parties during transit.Â
No refunds are applicable in the event that delivery has been confirmed by our couriers, but your parcel was missing or stolen.

CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are applicable within a 7 hour window after your order has been placed. We cannot accept cancellations of orders beyond this window of time as we generally begin production, baking and packing of your order after this time.ÂÂ
