Weighing approximately 200g and measuring approximately 21cm long each, this creation has gone viral all over the world for a very good reason - both texture combinations of crispy crunch and chewy gooey centre, and flavour combinations of buttery, sweet and salty, lead to an eyes-widening, mind-blowing sensation for your tastebuds. Those who've tried, know, as we sold out after restocking 4 times(!) in two days when we tested them during our pop-up stall, with those who bought one, coming back the next day to buy four (one is seriously not enough!).

Can I pay with "cash on delivery"?
We offer this for certain bulk or wholesale orders which are within our delivery radius - to find out if you're able to pay with "Cash on Delivery" for your order, please contact us.
For standard individual orders, however, payment is required online as we use third party entities to deliver them.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Do you have any Gluten Free or Vegan options?
At the moment, no, we do not provide gluten free or vegan options.

Our products are made in an environment which contains nuts, there are no safe guards in place to strictly protect against cross contamination in regards to nuts. Our products also contain nuts. Please refrain from consuming our products if you have nut allergies.

 Yes! Our cookies are 100% halal!
When you receive your Crumb Face NYC cookies, transfer them to an airtight container in a cool dry place at room temperature. The cookies are good for two weeks from the day we send them. Anytime after this, the cookies remain edible but the texture of them begins to dry out/become more crunchy. If left sealed, their shelf life is a total of 4 weeks.Â
Alternatively, if you've managed to control yourself from eating them all before 7 days, you can freeze them. To freeze, wrap them to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for 2 months. If reheating from frozen let thaw to room temperature first, then microwave for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!
To store our Edible Cookie Dough Logs, keep refrigerated. Their expiry time is marked on the packaging.Â

Where Do You Ship?
We ship orders on Monday - Fridays. Orders placed after 12pm will get shipped the next shipping day.

Can I request a specific shipping date and time?
How long will it take to ship my order?
We send our packages using Australia Post or Sendle. You will receive a tracking confirmation which you can use on the their tracking websites. Deliveries usually take between 1-3 business days* after it has left us. In some cases, more time is needed for deliveries to be made.
*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
For Western Australia and regional areas, delivery times may take longer.
We cannot provide any more tracking information than that provided by your tracking number.
If the recipient is not home, and the delivery driver can’t get hold of you with the number provided, then a re-delivery fee may occur.
Do you Deliver to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of these locations having multiple entrances and thousands of people coming and going, there is a high chance of items getting lost once delivered so we do not accept orders to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations.Â
If you do order to one of these locations, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost once delivered.Â
Can I place multiple addresses in one order?
Each order can only be delivered/shipped to one address. For multiple addresses/recipients, you will need to make multiple orders.Â
